近年異軍突起接連演出《星際異攻隊》(Guardians of the Galaxy)和《侏羅紀世界》(Jurassic World)的克里斯普瑞特(Chris Pratt),俊俏的外表與結實的體格,更被時尚雜誌封為新一代性感男神。在侏羅紀世界中,飾演能馴服迅猛龍的壯碩猛男,這一幕當時掀起網友的模仿風潮,但你可知道在演出這些電影之前,Pratt體重飆高到133公斤,如果這幾隻迅猛龍看到的是一團肥肉,我想肯定是直接撲上去完食了吧 (笑~)

Pratt的演藝之路其實並不順遂,一直以來都是擔任著配角,而大多都是喜劇中胖子的角色,《星際異攻隊》試鏡時更直接被導演嫌棄太胖,而且飽受外界的質疑他是否能勝任片中風流倜儻的星爵一角。不過Pratt用行動向片商及影迷來證明自己,半年甩肉將近30公斤,讓人不經好奇他是怎麼辦到的?

Pratt一方面是為了用行動來證明,一方面他在健康上也出了一些狀況,精神狀況不好之外也時常渾身無力,容易疲憊,情緒抑鬱。開始接受減肥運動以及飲食控管時,對他可是相當的辛苦,特別是改變吃的習慣更是困難。每天攝取有用的營養像是蔬果,高蛋白含量像是牛排、雞胸肉,低醣類像是蕃薯花椰菜等。還要喝非常非常大量的水,Pratt受訪時提到:這根本是個夢靨,他基本上每天都一直在跑廁所,不誇張!

  • Treadmill (run at 5.0 speed for 10 min)
  • Pullups (3 sets, 5 reps)
  • Pushup (3 sets, 10 reps)
  • Squat (3 sets, 15 reps)

Back Workouts

  • Lat pulldowns (6 sets, 20, 15, 15, 15, 12, 12 reps)
  • Dumbbell rows (5 sets, 20, 15, 12, 12, 12 reps)
  • Barbell curls (6 sets, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 10 reps, each set is followed by 5 pushups)
  • DB concentration curls (3 sets, 10, 10, 9 reps)

Chest Workouts

  • Bench press (4 sets, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps)
  • Incline bench press (4 sets, 12 reps)
  • Hammer strength bench press (4 sets, 15 reps)
  • Weighted dips (4 sets, 10 reps)

  • Military seated/standing press (7 sets, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3 reps)

  • Lateral raise (3 sets, 12 reps)
  • Front raise (3 sets, 12 reps)

Pratt從2014年開始的蛻變讓他晉升一線男星,《星際異攻隊》和《侏羅紀世界》接著有續集演出之外,甚至也在籌備2020《星際異攻隊》第三集的拍攝,肥宅變身為型男的故事,連他自己都打趣的說,現在是個物化男星的世代,而去年他與結婚8年的妻子宣布離異,更名副其實成為了現在的黃金單身漢。
